The key philosophy of Kensho Budo Kyokai is in the transformation & evolution of the individuals, hence it incorporates practical, scientific and achievable solutions from breakthrough Cognitive Neuroscience research & advanced applications across the Globe to sustain in this ever-changing dynamic competitive world.
Objective
The primary objective is to inculcate or embed a habit of continuous contemplation to observe the self and environment, facilitating an understanding/comprehension to bring the necessary changes for overall development.
Karate encompasses all the facets of Zen or Zazen to keep the Body & Mind pure and about to reach the level of constant Kensho or Satori experience. The strict discipline, an open mind, meditative state imbibed in the ‘Spiritual Warrior’ path, enhances the individual’s performance to peak levels in all spheres of life.
The ultimate essence is to realize the self in all realms, rather than getting entangled in momentary/passing pleasures of dwelling in the ego centric self.
